Payments are handled by our payment providers. We store the payment status and amount, not your card details.

We use this information to provide your courses, track your progress, issue certificates, send service emails, keep the platform secure and improve it.

3. What others can see

Instructors can see the progress of learners enrolled in their courses. Administrators can access account data to run the platform.

Anyone with your certificate ID can verify it. The verification page shows your name, the course title, the issuer, the completion date, the ID and whether it is valid.

4. Sharing

We share data with service providers that help us run Lumora, such as payment, email and storage providers, and where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to meet legal obligations. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data. Contact us to make a request.
